You have the right to cancel your order within 12 hours without providing any reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 12 hours from the date you received the goods or from the date a third party appointed by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the product delivered.

For goods to be eligible for return, please ensure the following:

• The goods are in their original packaging.

• The following goods cannot be returned:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• Goods that, due to their nature, are not suitable for return, such as items that deteriorate rapidly or have expired.

• Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
