Payments

• Payments can be made using all payment methods supported by Stripe and PayPal.

• This includes common options such as credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal balance, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other locally available methods.

• All transactions are processed securely through our certified payment partners.

• We do not store any sensitive payment information on our servers.

Currency & VAT

• All prices are shown in Euro (EUR).

• Prices include German VAT (MwSt.) where applicable.

• For deliveries outside the Germany, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which must be covered by the customer.

Delivery

• All orders will be shipped within 24 hours after payment is received.

• Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code via email.

• The delivery time is usually around one week, depending on the destination and the shipping provider.

• Free shipping within Germany for orders over €30. For orders below €30, a standard shipping fee applies.
